with a general stamp from the archives office, or they can be ordered with an
official government stamp, which makes the document official for all legal
processes. This official stamp does not have an expiration date, it never

- Parent’s profession

- Village where witnesses were born and presently reside
- Age of witnesses
- Profession of witnesses
- Name of priest

- Name of birth reporter, usually the father

Marriage Registration
- Name of present archbishop
- Number of times person was married
- Name, age, profession, village of birth and present residence of the
groom
- Same as above for the bride
- Witnesses – name, age, profession, village of birth and present
residence
- Name of the priest
- Name of church
- Village where marriage occurred
- Signatures of: priest, with his title, bride and groom.
Death Registration
- Name of village, church and the priest in charge of funeral
- Deceased – name, age, profession, village of birth and of last residence
- Name of spouse
- Date and time of death
- Witnesses – name and residence
- Signatures of: the priest, with his title and witnesses
